In short. Enquiry 360 answers your phone around the clock in 65+ languages and runs your own process, not a generic script. It asks the questions your team would ask, in the order they'd ask them, checks answers against your own records, puts the caller through to the right person, and files every enquiry into your own Microsoft system where you can see the lot: what came in, who dealt with it, and what is still open. From £99 + VAT a month. You can ring it on 01924 926000 and hear it answer right now.
This is what your caller hears.
This is what you get.
The same assistant, different callers: a trade, a clinic, a caller in another language, and one put straight through to a person.
- Good evening. I can take a message or a booking. What can I help with?
- My boiler's leaking, it's getting worse. Can someone come out?
- Sorry to hear that. Can I take the address, including the postcode?
- Twelve Tower Bridge Road. S E one, two Q G.
- That's 12 Tower Bridge Road, SE1 2QG, have I got that right?
- Yes, that's right.
Illustrative examples. Ring the assistant and have a real one.
An answering service takes a message.
This runs your process.
Those calls above weren't the same call. One asked for a postcode and emailed the job to you; the other asked for a name and sent it to the front desk. The questions are yours, and so is what happens the moment the call ends.
Your process
The questions it asks, the order it asks them in, what it checks, and where the conversation goes next. Shaped around how your business actually takes an enquiry, not a generic script with your name on top.
Your action
What happens the second the call ends. Emailed to the right person, written into your system, or routed by what the call was about: a quote to one inbox, a complaint to another, an urgent caller put through to a number you set.
Same product. Three completely different processes and outcomes, because each one is shaped around the business. We set yours up with you. See what setup covers →
Nobody wants to press 1.
So they don't have to.
It asks what they need in plain conversation, works out who should handle it, and puts them through to that person. And because it has already taken the details, whoever picks up isn't starting from scratch.
A menu written around your org chart, that your caller has to solve.
- “My pipe's burst” the engineer on call
- “I'd like a quote” whoever's taking new work
- “It's about job 4471” the person already running it
And the enquiry is written down and sent on before they're connected.
Transfers are included from Full Reception, and we set the routing up with you. It never promises a transfer it can't make. See plans →
Different business.
Same assistant.
The same engine serves a clinic, a plumber, a solicitor and a restaurant, shaped to each one. Find the one nearest to you.
Clinics & surgeries
Dental, vet, optician, GP, physio, aesthetics
They ring while you're with a patient, or the Sunday they finally decide to sort it. By Monday, they've rung someone else. It takes the enquiry and emails the front desk. It doesn't touch your diary.
Trades & contractors
Plumbers, electricians, builders, locksmiths, heating
Both hands full and the phone goes. Six in a hundred leave a voicemail; the rest ring the next name on the list. It answers, takes the job down, and emails it to you.
Professional services
Solicitors, brokers, accountants, agents
A new enquiry goes to whoever picks up first, and you want the right ones, complete. It asks your questions in your order and gives no advice: it captures and routes.
Hospitality & salons
Restaurants, salons, gyms, clubs
The phone rings hardest when nobody can answer it: mid-service. It takes booking requests, changes and allergies, and passes each to you to confirm, never a table it can't see.
Hire, lettings & bookings
Car & plant hire, venues, letting agents
People book at eleven at night, and your office shut four hours ago. It takes the request whenever it comes, waiting for you, complete, when you open.
In your language
65+ languages · native voice · no buttons
This isn't a feature: for a lot of businesses it's a bigger market. Set your line to your callers' language, or they can ask to switch. It answers in their language, and the details reach you in English.

The questions
you're going to ask.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and forward calls to the assistant when you can't answer: after hours, when you're on a job, or all the time. Nothing about your number changes.
What happens when it can't answer something?
It takes the enquiry in full and sends it to you. Where you've set a number to transfer to, it can put urgent callers through, and where you haven't, it takes the message and tells them so. It never pretends to be a person or claims a transfer it can't make.
Is it perfect?
No. It's an AI, and sometimes it mishears. So we built it to know that: it reads the important things back, checks a postcode looks like a postcode, and says so plainly if it's unsure rather than guessing. Every call is written down in full so you can always see what was said.
Where does my data go?
Into your own Microsoft account, which you own. Every enquiry is written directly into your own Microsoft Dataverse. Where we help set up or change your forms, that access is granted by you, under your controls, and revocable.
How long does setup take, and what do I do?
Days, not months. You open an Azure account, tell us what your business does, and we configure and switch it on. Most of the elapsed time is the Microsoft account, not our work. Standard setup is free, subject to the usual prerequisites: chiefly your own Microsoft account, which we walk you through opening. It covers a standard enquiry form for your business and your number routed to it, usually up and running in a few hours. If you need something more involved (lots of custom questions, complex call routing, or integrations), we'll happily scope that with you as a small tailored piece of work.
Why does it cost less than you would expect, and can I cancel?
It runs on your own Microsoft account, the same engine serves everyone so we built it once, and we don't have a sales team: you're reading this instead. There's no cut-down version, and you can cancel anytime: a one-van plumber runs the same platform a council runs.
How much does an AI receptionist cost in the UK?
This one is £99 plus VAT a month, flat. There is no per-call and no per-minute charge, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Most AI receptionist pricing is per minute or per call, so it is worth comparing on your busiest month rather than the headline figure.
Will you still be here in three years?
The only question that really matters when you put your phone in someone else's hands.
“Our customers don't leave. They start with one thing, and then ask us to build the next. That's the business we've been in for over twelve years.”
